  1. Too many young people leave education and training .Every Young people shoul be given a chance of education confidence to continue and successfully complete their education or training

The main issue is to prevent early school leaving is to understand various factors that lead to school drop-outs -Early identification of the children who are at risk for drop-outs.-Establishing fruitful cooperation with parents of students who are facing drop-out of school.

First stage could be Understanding the child in terms of his needs and an analysis of his behaviour
and then Children and youth are always also the result of their family dynamics so cooperation with the parents is an important part of prevention which helps to prevent early school leaving.

  2. According to the definition used in the EU, early school leaving can take
    several forms

First step: On the long run, early school leaving has negative effects on social
    development and economic growth.
    Second: In Romania
In our country the reasons of early school leaving have been identified; they
create the conditions of the failure of social integration in the respect that they
reduce the chances of self – accomplishment significantly.

Finally: One of them is the lack of proper financial means of the family, especially
in the case of disorganized families, families with a large number of members,
families that lack in resources, and have problems providing the proper clothing
for their children, families where children have to help with field work or
    household chores.

That why important we have to work whit Teachers .

My expierences with young people is in the school, I support them during the school time, but sometimes the teacher´s work and traditionals methods aren´t enough for to motivate and to help them.
I think the best way of help this kind of people is through the motivation and that they learn to know and to develop them talents. But sometimes they have familiars , economicals or socials problems that make it dificult .

  5. This work camp would be my first contact for self-education regarding the young people who leave the school early.
At this stage I could write my opinion about the case. I see that our project is based on the 4-th and 5-th target from the 10-year strategy “Europe 2020” proposed by the European Commission: “4. Education - reducing the rates of early school leaving below 10% and at least 40% of 30-34–year-olds completing third level education; 5. Fighting poverty and social exclusion - at least 20 million fewer people in or at risk of poverty and social exclusion.”
The Country-specific Recommendations for Bulgaria are targeted to the low quality of education at all levels and the priority to implementing a comprehensive strategy for social inclusion. Most of the political reforms are specialized to projects related to support and integrate orphans and minorities.
In my opinion, the problem is global and the improvements in the education system will not reduce the low level of education at all because the system is ruined and most of the teachers are not stimulated to do their mission.
Nowadays, the term “Back to School” is not surely associated to a school or a university to me because in our developing world the knowledge can be reached out of the class room.
I think that the change should start from the family as a unit. The parent is the one who has to motivate his child firstly for self-study education. This is the way to help him develop self-awareness and follow his own interests.
The main debt of the humanity has to be the ability to teach the person to feel good about who he is, and to believe in himself and his abilities then everything else.
I am sure that the time together will enrich my experience and knowledge and will help me prepare for further work with young people.

As an assist. headmaster, I have worked with many disadvantaged children in my proffessional life. I believe that the most striking common characteristic of students who leave school early is "lack of self confidance and lack of self awareness". When we achieve at making them realize their talents, we will have positive effects on their lives and their self perception. We should also learn to feel what they feel, I mean emphaty. We should broaden our knowledge on how that kind of a student feels, what motivates him to leave school. In this sense, theatre is of great importance in that it will give us chance to act in different characters.

  7. The disadvantaged families for which our association designs homes, often have a lot of children which are not going to school or have dropped out of education due to scarce resources or, more often, because of social exclusion. This is why they are unable to integrate into society and lack self confidence and they are not accepted by the youth communities in their village. We usually work with these children with role playing and we also integrate them into the design and building process, making them feel as an important part of the group.

  8. I have worked with young adults at the university, in their first year of study, for I was student's assistant at the University of Nis for one year. I don't have experience with young people who leave school early. However, taking into account that I love working with people, especially young people, I am exited to be a part of this project and glad that I am going to gain skills which are required and needed for work with the group of young people who leave school early. Every experience and every new skill and thing that one can learn, I consider very valuable, especially when it can be transferred and used to help other people.

  9. I have a friend who's father didn't let him continue studying after 8-th grade (after he made his 15's in Bulgaria). I really would like to discuss all this latter when we see each other, because maybe one day I may gonna be that father.
